There are many choices for education today, but there is one crucial aspect that is critical for students today: knowing Jesus Christ and walking in His ways.
At the A.C.S.I. accredited Gateway Christian School, our mission is to provide a Christ-centered education to our young people so they will be equipped both academically and spiritually for all God has planned for them to do. To register, the registration packets/forms must be completed and returned to the Elementary School Office.
All applicants, 1st through 12th grade, must take a placement exam. The exam takes approximately 1 1/2 hours and tests the student's math and reading skills. There is a $25 testing fee per applicant. Your exam will be scheduled through the office.
Bring recent report cards, standardized test scores, and test results on learning differences (if applicable) prior to the Acceptance Interview.
An Acceptance Interview will be scheduled through the office. The application does not automatically mean acceptance. All students and parents must be interviewed prior to acceptance. This process gives the school an opportunity to get acquainted with you and your child, to ensure it is a good fit for both parties.
A non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee is required to hold the student's place.
A copy of the student's immunization record must be submitted with the New Student application form. K4 and K5 applications must be accompanied by a birth certificate. Copies can be made at the time of registration.

Open Enrollment for Kindergarten (4-year-olds) - 12th Graders begins March 15, 2021.
There is an EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION OF $150.00 If paid by May 15th with supplemental forms turned in. After May 15th registration is $250.00
To apply for financial aid at Gateway Christian School:
1. Go to BeneFAQ.com
2. Select "Parent Login" on the top right of the page. You can create a new account or sign-in from here.
3. Enter the school's 5-digit code, which is: 29710
3. Fill out the online forms and remit the required fee. BeneFAQ will then send GCS a report.
In most cases, applicants are informed by the latter part of May or first of
June if you received financial aid.
